I created HVS to solve this problem. I am not a marketing agency trying to sell you something. I am your local proxy and product matchmaker.

Here is exactly what I do to help you buy safely and quickly in Vietnam.

1. I Inspect and Test Local Products & Services:

Before anything makes it onto the HVS blog, I check it out personally.

  • For Lifestyle & Wellness: I visit local spas, restaurants, and service providers to see if they meet international standards.
  • For Goods: I check local export items like specialty coffee, artisan furniture, and crafts to ensure the quality is real, not just a nice photo.

2. I Vet Real Estate & Commercial Spaces:

Finding a place to live or run a business here requires careful checking. I look at luxury villas, shophouses, and even ready-built factories for investors. I don't just take pictures; I look into the details that matter to foreigners—like whether the property has clear legal paperwork (the "Pink Book") and fair market pricing.

3.  I Write Honest "Pros and Cons" Reviews:

When you read a detailed page on my blog, you will get the whole truth in simple English.

Once you read my review and decide, "Yes, this is exactly what I need," I step in to make the match. I connect you directly with the verified Vietnamese owner, landlord, or vendor so you can complete your purchase smoothly.

 How the Process Works (And What It Costs):

I want you to feel completely safe using HVS. Here is my transparent promise:

  • Step 1: Read & Learn for Free: You browse the blog, read my verdicts, and check the specs. It costs you $0.
  • Step 2: Get Connected: If you want to buy, I introduce you to the local provider. You pay zero agency fees to HVS. (I get a standard commission directly from the vendor when a successful match is made).
  • Step 3: Vendor Deposits (Only if needed): Sometimes, if you are a serious buyer who needs me to travel far to inspect a factory, or if you need special quality-control testing, there might be some out-of-pocket costs. If this happens, you pay a deposit directly to the Vietnamese vendors/ providers” and I will always tell you about it in advance. No surprises.
